Our specialized treatment programing can be flexibly tailored to a frequency and intensity to match each client’s needs. The foundation of the treatment plan remains focused on individual CBT or DBT, family therapy/parent coaching, and group therapy.
- In addition to these core services, clients may increase the potency of skill acquisition and rate of generalizing skills through the following intensive components:
- Individual CBT/DBT Skills Training to increase skill acquisition (1-5x/w)
- Individual Exposure Coaching to increase support and exposure gains at school, home or community (1-5x/w)
- Executive Function Skills Training and Learning Services to teach organizational, planning, and time management skills, enhance learning strategies, or provide support completing current or make-up academic assignments (1-5x/w)
