Ashley Flynn

Director of Operations

Ashley Flynn is the Director of Operations at BCSC-LA and an expert in evidence based treatment for youth and young adults. Ashley is intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy Prolonged Exposure for PTSD (DBT PE), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Exposure Therapy for youth, young adults and families. She specializes in treatment for pediatric and adolescent anxiety, behavior, and emotion disorders.

She earned her Master’s degree at Yeshiva University in New York City and completed her pre-graduate training through the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Montefiore Medical Center, and Saint Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital. She completed her pre-licensure training at Saint Francis Hospital in Hartford, CT where she served as the head clinician for the pediatric and adolescent psychiatric inpatient units. Prior to her time at BCSC-LA, Ashley was the behavioral health consultant in various primary care practices associated with the Pediatric Physician’s Organization at Children’s (PPOC) in Boston. While there she integrated care within a multidisciplinary model of medicine, school, and community providers. She continues to work closely with the professional organization MaMHCA as part of their mentoring program for new clinicians in behavioral health.
